What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept most high-resolution image formats, including PNG, JPEG, SVG, and PDF. For the best print quality, we recommend uploading vector files or images with at least 300 DPI.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Are your stickers waterproof and UV resistant?
Yes, our stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a protective laminate coating that makes them resistant to water, sunlight, and scratches. They are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely! We provide a digital proof via email within 24 hours of your order. We will not begin production until you have reviewed and approved the design layout.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing. The more stickers you order of the same design, the lower the price per unit. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on the quantity in your cart.
